Duties of a Funeral Director's Assistant include: Supporting our funeral services through the provision of vehicle and transport services ensuring vehicle presentation is always at a high standard Working collaboratively to bring the deceased into our care with dignity and respect Oversee proceedings on the funeral service on the day and ensure pre-arranged plans and ad-hoc requests on the day are appropriately implemented. About you: Strong customer service ethos and commitment to service delivery Professional attitude with an empathetic and compassionate approach towards people Be at ease working with grieving families and the deceased A collaborative team player with excellent communication and high attention to detail Able to work full time hours Monday to Friday Possess a full unrestricted driver's license.
